On 25 February 2016, the President of Stockholm University adopted Regulations concerning employees’ secondary employment at Stockholm University (ref. no. SU FV-1.1.2-0592-16). This decision replaces the previous decision 2002-06-13.

On 18 February 2020, the University Board adobted Rules of Employment for the Recruitment and Promotion of Teachers at Stockholm University (AOSU) (ref. no. SU FV-1.1.2-0354-20). The document replaces previous decision (ref. no. SU FV-2.3.1.2-3779-17) 2017-12-01.
